Not sure about an SNL skit but it was a running joke on Conan O’Brien- “Dippy the Hippy” would come on to make a bong out of any three “randomly-selected household items”. ---

Not a bong, but the most ridiculous pipe I ever smoked was made from a carrot, with a little bi of gauze . Drill hole with skewer, carve out bowl.
