I say powned (just like owned, but starting with a p). Everyone I know pronounces it the same way. People who say pwinned, pooned, or other variants (in non-ironic ways) are mocked mercilessly. My cite is being a giant geek, which includes being a hardcore WoW raider (i.e., lots of time spent on Vent playing with people from all over the country/world).
