# How to quickly up your post total

Tests were done to detect larger amplitudes of miniature excitatory junction currents (MEJCs) after exposure to LqhaIT, which would indicate increased postsynaptic sensitivity to neurotransmitter.  
The amplitudes of MEJC currents were the same before and after application of 2.5 nM LqhaIT.
