How was Jesus dressed when He arose?

Yet we’re supposed to believe all that stuff 2000 years later.

This is Jesus we’re talking about. Doesn’t seem too out of character for him to bust out of the tomb naked, accost the gardener, cadge some clothes off the gardener, then meet Mary already clothed.

I must admit that the first thing that popped into my head on seeing the thread title, was the “Puttin’ On The Ritz” sequence from Young Frankenstein.

He didn’t actually have to be clothed - couldn’t there have been a strategic opaque white vapor?

Is the state of dress or undress of his (resurrected) body a major source of contention among the various Christian denominations?

The answer is shrouded in mystery.

Have we discuss celestial PJs with feet? No trap door because celestial bodies don’t have to poop. That’s actually what convinced Thomas but they had to change that a bit.

As are all the other questions relating to the life and times of Jesus H. Christ.

He didn’t.
