Damn! 61 and it only took three times. OK, I lied: My actual score was 47, which is OK since the Civil War isn’t my thing and I haven’t read anything about it in more than 35 years. ---

50/62. Crimeny, what an irritating quiz, though. Wait for the page to load; while it’s loading the buttons jump around so you can’t click on them until it’s fully loaded. Once it’s loaded, you have to scroll down to get to the buttons; once you push a button, instead of moving on to the next question automatically, you have to click AGAIN. Then do it all again for the next question. Sigh. ---

1. Some of the date questions were not something one would be expected to remember. The “primary, but not only cause” of the war question could be answered either slavery or state’s rights depending on which side of the Mason-Dixon line you are on. ---
