# How/why do infrared massagers work

Im looking into buying a massager and some offer infrared massagers. what benefits would infrared massage offer? would it help with the massage and helping the lymph system function or would it just offer warmth?

I think they work because the magnets emit positive Ions. I love The Sharper Image. :rolleyes:
