You misunderstand my post. I meant that if humans continue as they are, they will become extinct LIKE the dinosaurs, not that the dinosaurs messed with the planet.
Indeed. I wish people would stop saying that we are destroying the planet. We are destroying our ecosystem and probably ourselves and not just through pollution, but the planet will continue on for millenia.
If humans became extinct it would not be long ( in the great scheme of history ) before plants erased every last vestige of humanity other than a few fossils.
