Democratic socialism, now, **that’s** never yet been tried. Not even in Europe. Not even in Venezuela, yet, though they seem to be tending that way in a two-steps-forward-one-step-back process with some electoral reversals.

Vietnam and China have rejected Communism? Wow, when did that happen? You’d think it would have made the news or soemthing.

You can post what you want. But personally if I were trying to defend the position that government interference is bad for the economy, I wouldn’t be pointing to examples of other countries with much higher levels of government interference than ours where the economies are doing better. It sort of hurts the overall strength of your argument to point out examples of how it doesn’t work in the real world.
