It seems to me that the Supreme Court basically told the Trump administration that as long as it hustles its modern desaparecidos out of the country fast enough, it can do whatever it wants.
I think I read somewhere that, as soon as people are snatched up, they are moved to a judicial district that has Trump-friendly judges. If this is true, what district has jurisdiction, where the snatchee was taken from or where he is currently? I gather its where he is.
