I think I’ll buy a tank of gas. Actually, it’ll just disappear into the checking account like everything else. I’d rather they’d used the money to shore up Social Security or something useful, like **THespos** said. ---

I think I will spend mine on gum. That is about all I will be able to afford. $600, my foot. I am getting $115. whoopie. ---

I’ll use mine towards the purchase of a better used car. My old POS just died. It even has a big blood stain under it (tranny fluid). Ya see, I can’t have a new car because of my gun habit. Three custom rifles and I’m just getting started. I just got a heckuva deal on an old Bausch & Lomb 6-24 Balvar, now I need the rare Kuharsky Rear mount. Anti-gunners can go to…oops, I’m not in the Pit. ---

I kinda like what columnist Ellen Goodman said about the tax bounce. As I recall she said it was hush money: we are all supposed to take the money happily and not notice which social programs are being cut and what environmental gains are being reversed. So I figure I’ll spread it to a few of the organizations that are trying to patch up the holes W is making. ---

Did you know that Dubya’s tax relief act expires in 10 years? I wouldn’t be surprised if the IRS demands my $300 back in 2011, plus interest! ---
