As part of an application for an internship, I have to write a brief essay on the following:

Discuss your impression of the CA state budget as it impacts local government.

I can’t seem to cobble together a good search term for Google to give me anything useful. Can someone help me use google to find resources that would be helpful in answering this question?

Thanks in advance,
Seth
