I’ve seen my permanent record so the lack of invitations is unsurprising, but how does someone more deserving get the nod? ---

I know some people that I’d like to nominate for the gig, but I like them too much to do that to them. 🙂 ---

People could volunteer by sending **Ed Zotti** a PM stating they’re interested/willing to be a mod. In some cases other mods nominate or feel out users to see if they’re interested. Jenny used to take applications and if interested have you filled out a questionnaire. IIRC I actually volunteered twice, once long ago in maybe 2007 or 2008. I was asked once when my message board activity was very low for a while. Call it 2014 or 2015 and I wasn’t interested at that point but I then threw my hat in the ring 2019. * * * They are some good candidates that either don’t have the time or don’t want to take on the headache of being a mod. I know at least 3. ---

Time I have. Jenny and I got on swell, but who is this Ed Zotti you mentioned? Is he that guy on the North Side? White, or is it, yellow bungalow? Adorable wife who was more interested in talking about anything than message board software, leaving her stuck with me? Never heard of him Maybe I withdrew myself too soon. ---
