BTW, I’ll second what Little Nemo said about what a determined or flexible prisoner can do in the back of a patrol car while hand-cuffed. Sometimes funny but more often alarming.

The last time I spoke with him, **Little Nemo** was Captain of the Watch at a NY State Prison.
