I’m thinking they probably would use defoliant to create a large empty space around anything even marginally important. Remember, this is the same administration that regularly blows up people with drone strikes, even though we are not at war with anyone. I’m having a hard time imagining them caring much about the environment in a country that we actually are at war with.
