I would initially assume the threat to sue was some sort of hoax or scam. ---

Total hijack- I really am starting to hate myself for liking this thread. I just saw a guy in a restaurant parking lot sporting a John Mayer suit & orange sox. I doubt Mr. M hangs out in my tiny corner o the world though (and asking likely would have got me stabbed by whoever it was). ---
