As near as I can tell, the Qin Dynasty was itself overthrown in a civil war. So he ended them for what, 10 years? I only hope they open his tomb in my lifetime. It’s reckoned to be fairly intact, and would be just incredibly fascinating to see what they find. ---

So he ended them for what, 10 years? But he lay the foundation for a unified empire. Indeed since all the rivals had been utterly destroyed within a few years the Han Dynasty had set themselves up.
