If I was being judgemental, I would have written you off as another bored teenager on summer vacation trying to pass the time by winding up strangers on the internet, made up some humorus insults for you, and promptly forgotten you exsist. Instead, I took the time to write several posts trying to engage you in a dialogue about your typing habits. I think I’ve been pretty non-judgemental so far. If you feel differently, please show me where you feel I was being unfair. I did point out the _fact_ (in my expierience) that people will judge you first on how readable your posts are, and second on the actual content of the post. It’s great that you are more open minded than that. I like to think that I am, too. Unfortunetly, most people don’t rise to our lofty standards. Most people (even, tragically, here on the SDMB) will see someone who writes like you do and automatically ignore them. Maybe you’re fine with that, but when I post something, I want to reach as many people as possible. Even the judgemental ones. I am very impressed that you know when to apostrophize “it’s”. I don’t really think it’s necessary to keep pointing this out, especially since you seem to be intending it as some sort of rebuttal to a joke I made in an entirely different thread. Since the humor of that remark didn’t seem to come across, let me assure you that this is not, in fact, especially important to me. Hell, I don’t even bat an eye when people mix up “your” and “you’re,” or any of the variations of “there”. Also, the qoute thing? It works like this: {qoute} To be or not to be, that is the etc. etc. {/qoute}. Except use square brackets instead of curly brackets {}. IMO djf750 should dispense with conventions of punctuation and capitalisation. He should run all his words together in one long spew. Dispensing with the full stop is a super idea which will aid in this goal enormously. It will make it much easier to skip over his posts as they will be instantly more recognisable and this idea has the potential for him to take up less screen space. OTOH he could simply use \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* which is easy to type and will convey his ideas with similar clarity. ---

For some reason, I can’t get that u and o in the right order. It just sounds to me like the “o” should come first, and I mostly spell phonetically, so I always spell it like that. I can understand the need to publically condemn these sort of animals as a way to reaffirm our own humanity. But speaking in strictly personal terms, engaging in these sort of threads usually just makes me feel frustrated that there’s not much I can do about people like this.
