Lots of good improvements but I’d like to fix one* mistake* before we start.
Make it so an accidental bite to the inside of the cheek, lips, tongue doesn’t cause the swelling which then greatly increases the chance of more accidental bites.

What I’d like is fine voluntary control of the body, including that. The ability to tell the skin to become darker or paler; or the whole body hairier or not, taller or shorter. Theoretically it ought to be possible; not fast like you see with fictional shapechangers, but logically it ought to be possible to “shape shift” slowly since in essence that’s what we do as we grow up. I’m just talking about adding voluntary controls to what is now a genetically preprogrammed process.
What is the objective of this design?

Optional sleep. 9 times out of 10, I’ve got something better to do than sleeping - I’d like an extra few hours in my day instead.
Larger brains, primarily expanding the frontal lobe. Improve the DNA encoding to reduce the occurrence of brain disorders.
Free from toothaches and cancer.
But humans only have 2 hands! I know one that shouldn’t change… don’t add boobs to men. You’d never get them out of the house.
