Yeah, I can see where blowing up a couple of innocent buildings compares with overthrowing a whole country on false pretenses…:dubious: In any case, I reserve the right to dislike Bush on his own merits (or lack thereof) without regard for how he compares to any previous chief executives. ---

Stern was playing the clip again this morning. It’s funny that I keep catching it because I only listen for the radio for a 1/2 hour in the mornings on the way to work and flip channels the whole time. This time they were playing the clip with a porn soundtrack on with a girl moaning in the background. **We’re gonna win in Minnesota!** _Ohhhhh_ **We’re gonna win in Washington!** _MMMMmmmmmmmmmm! AAAAhhhhhh!_ Definitely funny stuff. ---

I woke up my husband (the Dean supporter and campaign volunteer as noted in a previous post of mine) this morning by shaking his shoulder and expressing concern that Dean has lost his marbles. This was after NPR ran a bit about the infamous “Yearrrrgh!” speech and then commented on an event in New Hampshire. Apparently, a protester busted out in the crowd, and they had a sound bite of Dean saying seriously into the microphone, “Security! We need security up front!” That was okay, but the corker was when two women in the front row started shouting at him, and he responded by _singing the national anthem at 'em_. I shit you not. The best bit? The rest of the crowd joined in and sang along with him! ---
