For some reason or another, every time I try to print anything, I keep getting an error that says the printer cannot be found. I check the USB connection and it seems to check out fine – I even switched the keyboard and printer lines on the back of the tower to be sure.

I ran the firmware update from HP’s site but that was to no avail regarding this lack of printing mess.

If anyone has some insight or experience with this, please offer any assistance. TIA.

Okay so I got the previous problem taken care of (sort of). I installed the RIP software that came with the printer and the previous error is gone.

However, now when I print, I get an -8925 error that prevents any print jobs from starting. Any help?
