I could use some help if anyone knows where to start…
I am helping a company with their website even though I really don’t know what I am doing.
They have a form that you fill out on the site, after you fill the form out you get a message saying the form has been sent to the correct address, but it never gets there.

any idea why that would be?
It seems to be a FormMail script.

You’re going to have to look at the server-side code that handles the form to see what it’s doing.

You have to make sure that the host server has a mail system set up and that it works correctly, and that your Form is correctly addressing it in its right location and using the right variables.

There are a couple of standard ones, but even then they aren’t always in the same location on the server.

Talk to the sysadmin of the server, aka your webhost.
