i can’t believe y’all made me do this. am i the only one here hooked on the panda cam? none of y’all mentioned that today is hua mei’s first birthday!

the first panda cub in the usa to live more than a few days? a really cute fur face that you can watch 24 hours a day? does any of this ring a bell?

happy birthday, hua mei! great job, bai yun. thank you san diego zoo, for a year of watching a little panda baby go from 4 oz to 60ish pounds. it has been a fasinating peek into bear family dynamics.

snorts and mayhem, i can’t believe y’all made me start a thread.
