I don’t know if anyone has ever attempted this or not. I thought I’d see what happened if I tried to get this going. The challenge: Dopers with odd, bizarre, and non-pronouncable usernames, must attempt to phonetically post out their names, so us other Dopers can pronounce them. A Few Real Examples: Punoqllads, Tyklfe, Kvallulf, KKBattousai, inoci, etc So, Dopers with odd usernames, give it a shot! You know who you are. If anyone else wants to know how to say someone’s unpronouncable username, challenge them here! ---

“Drag-wer” Not that my username is terribly hard to pronounce, but it commonly is mispronounced. Most people pronounce it either, “Drag-wear” or “Drag-waar”. ---

I don’t think I have ever heard an official pronunciation of my handle (which is a Sanrio character), but I’ve always said it pretty much how it’s spelled - ‘Badtz’ is one syllable, like ‘bats’ but with a bit of a ‘d’ sound before the t. The A in ‘Maru’ is pronounced as that character used in dictionaries that looks like an upside down e, like the O in ‘Mother’, and the ‘U’ is pronounced ‘Ooh!’ as in ‘Ooh, what a handsome penguin you are!’. ---
