What is it with you? Capitalization, punctuation, and composition apparently don’t exist in your little corner of hell. I’d actually settle for coherence and content but that’s clearly not going to happen. For the love of God please pick up a fucking book or even a newspaper. Read it. Revel in the complete sentences, proper grammar, and clear presentation of lucid and reasoned discourse. ---

I heard on NPR the other day that Australia now has the highest per-capita rate of recreational-drug use **in the world.** Most of the trade is done by biker gangs, who are practically the only criminals in Australia who stockpile firearms and are not afraid to use them. Their turf-battles have killed so many that the government is now considering anti-gang legislation, forbidding the wearing of gang colors, etc. ---
