When I was a teenager, it was **Rob Lowe**. He still cute. Also… **Dennis Miller**. My all time fantasy has to be **Alec Baldwin**. I lucked into seeing him speak in NYC when I was on vacation, and he’s smart and sexy. But… he’s with that Basinger tramp, and thus, I cannot have him. ---

I don’t know if I’d call it exactly ridiculous and humiliating, but… I’ve always had a thing for Robin Hartl from _Hometime_. Maybe it’s the toolbelt and work gloves, or the way she handles that reciprocating saw, but I can’t explain it. ---

The Tilly sisters. All at once. Jennifer, Meg and (the lesser well-known but still fetching) Becky. Best of all, GrizzWife says it’s “OK with her” if the Tilly sisters ever showed up at the doorstep and wanted to “borrow” me for a few days. But, I had to relent and allow GrizzWife to be “taken” by Halle Berry whenever Ms.Berry felt the need to have some redheaded-female companionship. So… it’s a mutual thing. ---

I have had minor crushes on Dennis Miller, Mike Myers, Jimmy Fallon, and just about any good looking guy on SNL. My one true embarrasing crush, though, has to be Kevin Spacey. I have all the movies, (including the preview copy of American Beauty) posters, magazines… I even ashamedly admit to driving 100 miles to Savannah for the filming of “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” just because I could, but turning around halfway there when I realized what a tool I was acting like. Skerri, who is retiring back to her corner filled with Spacey memorabilia… ---

When I was 14, during the 1984 Summer Olympics, I had **such** a thing for … … drum roll please … … Mary Lou Retton. In retrospect, I have absolutely no idea what was going through my mind. I wasn’t sophisticated enough to see the potential physical geometries of intimacy with a gymnast. It was just one of those incredibly weird youthful obsessions, and I shake my head in wonder to remember how single-mindedly I collected Sports Illustrateds, Olympic memorabilia, and anything else I could find that featured pictures of Mary Lou. Right now? I don’t really have one. There are celebrity women I find incredibly hot (currently, both of the women on “Sports Night”), but I don’t go out of my way to get pictures, see their movies, etc. Not like Mary Lou. Ah, youth… ---

Most of mine aren’t embarrassing in that they’re unusual choices, but I get embarrassed that I practically swoon over these guys: Sean Astin: I have had such a crush since I was 11, and I swear if I ever met the guy, I’d go speechless. I’m still only part way through the first LOTR book, but I’m counting the days until the movie’s release just because he’s in it and he’s so hot, even as a hobbit. Heath Ledger: This one is fairly recent for me. We saw “A Knight’s Tale” over the weekend, and I actually said (out loud), “Oh, he’s so dreamy!” (I mean, really though, _could_ he possibly get any more adorable? I don’t think so) Then I went home and actually downloaded pictures of him. How pathetic is that for a 26 year old married woman? Then these are the crushes that I get weird looks about when I mention them: Huey Lewis: Yes, he’s actually older than my dad, but only by a month… Jason Alexander: He’s just such a cutie pie! Especially with the George Costanza glasses 🙂 ---
