Okay! Here’s the deal. What we have here is a phone number 462-7948 (or 461-7948, either will work) and now we need anybody who wants to play to do a reverse lookup in your area code and find the SURNAME that goes with that number. Not the full name, just the last name. If we don’t get any hits, then drop the first digit and add the next one to come in and try again. Post those surnames for the next phase of the game. I see in preview we now have 5 and 0 to work with. ---

As the next phase (keep those phone number surnames coming in, please) think of anybody you know personally with the last name among this list: Cooley Harris Benfield Foster Ellender Give us the first name of your acquaintance with one of these names. Just the first name. I’ll give two that come to mind immediately: Dennis Glenn Now, if you can see where this is going, the object is for this more-or-less random process to yield a relative of yours. Once we get that hit, just identify the relationship without giving the actual name of the relative. ---

Let me just say that there are no combinations of ANY first names with ANY of these surnames that will get to any relatives of mine. The closest I can get are some co-workers and such.
