I put this in the pit because it is very mean-spirited. However, Many Red-Staters see God’s hand in many places…do they consider the possibility God is punishing them for Trump? I thought not. ---

If they’re being punished, it’s because they failed on that wall and their anti-Obamacare promises. Their recent review/repeal of DACA may have been an attempt to appease The One God. ---

Not a believer here…but I brought that up to a very religious relative from Georgia when he made a statement about god punishing Liberals for…well, I forget but was pretty mundane…so I brought up maybe God is punishing Red States for Trump? He was aghast at such a thought and completely dismissed it…but WHY? Are you always perfect that God doesn’t punish you? Isn’t it possible he is? Why dismiss it so readily? As Carlin said…it’s all bullshit people and it aint good for you. Even bullshit religion bullshits within the religion to wipe away ‘bad’ thoughts. ---

If the latest projections hold, the eye of Irma will \*just \*miss Miami and will be a bull’s eye for Mar-a-lago. As others pointed, unfortunately others will get hurt besides Trump.
