# Hurry up and Wait, Speed Demons!!

I’ll agree with C\_Goat.  
Some people like to drive fast and they do it SKILLFULLY.  
Others are just plain dangerous assholes.

The latter are the ones that piss me off.

Just a note:

From _Rules of the Road: North Dakota State Learner’s Permit Handbook_:

And so on and so forth.

The basic point here is “or the same speed as other traffic”. There is a paragraph in the handbook that explains the “the same speed as other traffic”.

So, in my state…if you’re driving faster than everyone else, you’re speeding.
