I can’t comment about this individual case, since I have a damn strong feeling the details will be too tiresome to read. But I will remind you that moderators are not chosen for their fairness or leniency. Male mods are chosen for their incredible endowment in the manhood department, whereas female mods are chosen for their beauty. ---

I said “members.” d) You have no idea just how grueling was the “endowment” portion of the moderator application process. It is with great humility that I come back to this thread. In all honesty, I forgot I even posted it. Reading the thread about grienspace got me thinking about it. Looking back on the the thread in question, I realize I reacted inappropriately. The only reason I bring this up now is that I wanted to respond to Manny here rather than in an email so the rest of you could see it. I’m sure he’s forgotten but I feel I have to do it. I acted like an idiot and I accept your punishment in this thread like a man while at the same time marvel at the humor and cleverness with which you presented it. I will bend over now and repeatedly say “Thank you Sir, may I have another”. ---

I was also wondering why this thread got bumped. Upon reading it, I can only think that the millennium is truly here, and we have entered into a time of miracles and wonders. Someone starting an anti-moderator thread, and then coming back in humility to apologize and acknowledge error? Can Such Things Be? Double-fault at the beginning, **Oblong** , but a nice recovery. I do hope, however, you are wearing three pairs of corduroy pants, as one of my unruly fifth-grade classmates often did on days he knew the Christian Brothers were likely to thrash him . . . ---
