# Hypothetical: Legally, what would happen if Obama wasn't a native born citizen?

Well, if you had no unicorn, you’d just get lots of smooches. I’d say that’s a fair trade.

Of course, this is no problem because these are rainbow unicorn ponies. Not full-blooded unicorns but unicorn/pony hybrids. I don’t think the chastity rules would be apply.

Could someone refresh my memory? I never heard anything about Obama not having a birth ceritificate; is this a real issue, or is it hypothetical?  
I had wondered about the prospect of Daniel Inouye being eligible to run for President, since he was born in Hawaii before statehood; but that was settled long ago discussing Goldwater and Arizona…
