keith olbermann would use this news source when reporting on tiger woods. they were very funny. i saw the one on leno vs o’brien on cnn. they are the best thing since baghdad bob. ---

I remember when they were doing this about the Tiger Woods scandal and it became quite popular. I loved the horrible Engrish (“three days later they have their first sex”). This one is even funnier. (“In an open letter addressed to the people of Earth?”) ---

My Chinese isn’t the greatest, but the subtitles doesn’t appear to be very accurate to me. For one, 30 Rock didn’t appear anywhere in Chinese audio. There’s several other inaccuracies, including the name. I guess the translator isn’t a native English speaker? Or maybe he’s just being funny. As is, the subtitles do add to the humor. ---

Yes, if you listen to the English-language version posted above, the wording of the voiceover is completely different. The subtitles are just a joke playing on “Engrish” stereotypes. ---

It’s obvious from looking at the visuals as well as the subtitles that the video is meant to be a parody, playing both on Engrish stereotypes as well as the visuals. (for example, “James Kimbal threw fecal matter” as Jimmy Kimmel is shown throwing a bizarre substance or the references to actual visuals, such as King Zucker becoming God and the hosts becoming superheroes.) But as far as fake Engrish goes, “Letter Man” and “Mr. Evening Show” are damn hilarious. ---

I saw the Chinese language-only version first and then checked out the subtitled one in order to understand the clip better. The things you miss while trying to learn a language. :o ---
