Well, then, thank you for coming to Ballys Park Place, have a safe trip home.” Smile, maintain eye contact, and use the name of the customer in the spiel. I often get internal spotlights by my supervisor, but this is my first ever external spotlight by a secret shopper…and I got a perfect score on the first try. This is also my department’s first perfect score. We were supposed to get $50…later, $100… cash on the spot, but this was deemed “unfeasable” :dubious: and instead recieved a separate check beside my paycheck. After 401k and taxes, my $100 became $52 and change. :mad:
