But for fuck’s sake, was it really necessary for **Marley** to expend all that effort in the ATMB thread “defending” the original decision? I like corn tortillas with my soft tacos. At most Tex-Mex places you have to ask, because they’ll assume you want flour tortillas by default. A good, authentic taco should consist of two small steamed corn tortillas with a good portion—but not TOO much—filling. A meat of choice (I’m partial to _lengua_ and _barbacoa_… never thought I’d be a fan of tongue, but man is it good in a taco), some fresh cilantro, onions if that’s your thing, and a dash of sauce, maybe a good _tomatillo_ green sauce, and that’s it. Don’t overkill with cheese and sour cream and the like. Not to denigrate Tex-Mex… I like a good plate of nachos. Like experimenting with the nacho concept at home, too. Unusual ingredients. Fun to play around with, hard to mess up. Too bad people aren’t more like nachos, eh? ---

**Cat Whisperer** : well, we can always use the “fake” method of pasting your head onto the body of a nude figure. People are getting better and better at this. The old-style cut-and-paste job wasn’t very convincing at all, but with advanced Photoshop filters, even experts sometimes can’t agree if a pic is faked or not. Of course, when it’s Ronald Reagan’s head pasted onto Miss January’s body, it won’t be all that convincing… edited to add: flour tortillas, man! Always! Hotcha yum! Corn tortillas are ok, but they tend either to be mushy and soggy, or too crisp and fragile. ---

Whatever pain, embarrassment, or trauma **Opal** has suffered from this, I truly feel sorry for her. I don’t like people hurting. There’s no reason to pretend everyone who uses the web is retarded, though. ---

And having a personal server to store backups on was a luxury that most people had no access to back in the day. There was also no such thing as “clouds.” There were at least 2 years worth of work that was intentionally sabotaged. ---
