Does any (Eastern) Canadian know if they broadcast new tapings? The only ones I’ve ever watched are on The Comedy Channel (!) and they are either one or two years old. Great show, BTW. Good for you EJ. Too bad you didn’t win the loot. Where do you go for the try-out? Is it one location or do they do it in several cities, do you know? ---

The show is taped in LA, you must go there. I wonder if in the future, they might tape in different cities as a kind of Ben Stein road trip, like Leno. Can you tap into US programming with a satellite or something? Ours runs on Comedy Central, which I think is nationwide. ---

It would help if you had posted a pic to the [SDMB Peopole Pages](http://www.geocities.com/sdpeoplepages/) but be sure to get a vidcap from the show to post later. I wonder if the final round questions have been tweaked to be a bit less obscure. I’ve done better on them than in the past, usually better than Ben and the contestant, in the low pressure atmosphere of my living room. ---

Nay, your not a geek. I think it’s pretty cool you took the extra steps to do something you thought was fun. Not too many people do that. Good for you. Dammit, though. I’m coming back way late here, does anyone know when this re-airs? I’m pretty sure I missed it. Since your somewhat vague in your explaination of what happened, I’m even more curious to how it played out. ---

Tim- I’m kickin’ you too! 🙂 No idea on the re-air date; I couldn’t even get the air date! The only was y I knew it was on, is my brother calling me because it came on back east. Oh BTW, it aired on the east coast at 10:00 pm your time, not 7:00. That was some other silly girl! I barely managed to stay awake to watch it, but enjoyed it thoroughly! ---

Doh, I missed it, too. Be sure to give this thread a nod when it re-airs–I’ve got money that says you’ll win the second time around. The show is taped in L.A.?! That’s crazy, because I’ve seen Ben poking around here in DC enough times to assume that he shot the show here, or possibly New York. I guess the guy really gets around. What else does he do when he’s not defending his $5000? ---

He writes a funny diary of his life every month in The American Spectator, the right wing magazine. He’s lectured on law on Pepperdine University…and I think he still lives out in LA, and in Idaho. Does small movie roles, commercials too. ---

Sorry to bump this thread. I was watching Comedy Central this morning, and I **think** I saw EJsGirl’s show. Were you in the middle? All I’m gonna say is that you did a great job.
