I was supposed to have lunch with **Pandora** today, and I totally, totally forgot. And I don’t have her phone number so I can’t call her up and grovel. I have grovelled in an email but need to abase myself before all of Doperdom. I suck. I am truly totally sorry about this, **Pandora** – will you forgive me? Perhaps even reschedule? twicks, who had it on her calendar and everything ---

It’s not illegal, but like everything else in Philly, you need a license or permit for it, to do it, to be it, or whatever about it. **twickster** needs to send $40 to John Street for a doo-doo head license, and then she’ll be inspected by L&I who will want a bribe payment, and so forth. ---
