I am so, so sorry for all that you and your family has been through. It isn’t fair, and while we all know life isn’t fair, the injustice of your family’s situation is tragic.
I hope you find some peace in this. It has taken a toll on you. I imagine that not having someone to worry about will feel strange at first, and you might feel survivor guilt. Please talk to a counselor. In your situation, I would need a fleet of them.
