# I am baking a potato in the microwave.

I like rubbing potatoes with olive oil and sprinkling them with salt before putting them in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. Make sure to check that they are fully cooked. When they’re ready, heap on the fixin’s. Nothin’ like an oven-roasted baked potato.
