I know the SDMB has issues with board delays and post lag, but 45 or 50 years for a post to appear? Amazing. ---

I am not quite 52 yet but the main thing stopping me and my wife from traveling around to see Korn on their tour this year was my employers rather irritating requirement that I actually appear for work from time to time. I find concerts to be a lot of fun. Yes there is drinking (horrors!). Yes there are probably more than a few people who are going to get high (Yikes) And yes, I am sure that a few people are getting laid afterwards. But the thought that these affairs are some sort of Woodstock-esque free-for-all are off base. The worst thing that might happen to your girlfriend is some temporary hearing loss and maybe some beer spilled on her shirt. However, if Mrs. Slug had suggested that we travel to see David Cook, a good divorce attorney might be in order.
