Ok, for an update. I spoke with the department manager today. I think he can put it to rights. If not, my next stop will be HR. I think this is the best way to go. Because I really feel that he just doesn’t have a clue that he really is bothering me. But we’re talking about a 30-something year old who still lives with his parents. Hopefully, this will take care of it, though, and nothing more will come of it. ugh. Corporate politics stink. 🙂 ---

Do you have enterprise bargaining or some kind of law which lays down minimum working conditions? BTW I am not suggesting that if you happened to reveal your co-worker’s email addy some of the members on this board might be prepared to set him straight.
