I have been on vacation since the end of the school week on Wednesday. The taxi to Bahrain will be here in four hours. I suppose it is time to pack. I will have two weeks in the DC and Philadelphia metroplexes. Some time with family, some time to meet her family. Some time in the kitchen I hope. I will be on Thursday United flight from Kuwait to DC. Just so you know which flight to worry about. My carry-on bag is a marvel of technology. One BlackBerry, one iPod, one laptop (too fragile to check) and the Kindle. More computing power than Ike had in the White House I bet. In any case, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope for Peace to all of good will. ---
