I admit I love CSI. Only the Las Vegas one. I got sucked into it during one of those mararthons on Spike freshman year of college living in the dorms. The science is a bunch of crap, but I like the characters. Doesn’t hurt that Grissom, Greg, Nick, and Warrick are all hot either. But Sara/Jorja Fox is leaving the show and her relationship with Grissom that has slowly been building over the course of the show is one of my favorite parts so I will lose some interest here soon. Miami is just ridiculous and I’ve never seen an episode of NY. I think the original started to go a bit downhill when the spinoffs popped up - should have just stuck to one and had better case storylines. ---

Really, _Miami_ is the only one I can watch. The science is junk in every one of them, but David Caruso is so over the top (in his own understated way) that I can’t help but enjoy it. Like other posters have brought up, the glasses snapping on and off, the profile shots, as well as the hunched shoulders and the interrogation-room blocking that seems to be exactly the same in every episode. Something about Caruso makes doing Jerry Bruckheimer seem so ight. ---

Yall should watch **Life** , it’s a detective show but with a rich ex-con detective whose partner is an ex druggie who has anonymous sex for kicks. A lot more realistic. 😉 ---

I will admit here to watching bits and pieces of the _CSI: Miami_ show just to catch glimpses of Khandi Alexander and Emily Procter. PS: I can’t believe that this show has had 126 episodes so far. I’m afraid to even check how many the original as aired. ---

(seriously, most of us start by really liking Bugs Bunny, or Thundercats, or stuff like that - NOT in that way, you pervs. It’s no different than Trekkies wishing they were Klingons. There are the really insane ones and the casual ones and the ones in the middle) (to continue off topic, there was a rather stupid argument on one Thundercats board, because one poster, who posts as a lizard-type, is vehemently anti-furry. [/QUOTE] Hence, my husband and I refer to it as “The Orange show.” We simply cannot watch it for that reason alone. And in keeping with the theme, CSI:_New York_ is “The Gray show,” and the Original CSI is “The Flashlight show,” since they have to use flashlights to see in every crime scene, day or night, inside or out. They don’t even _try_ turning on light switches. It’s _so_ annoying. ---

I like the CSI’s. I understand that the science in them is ridiculous, but it doesnt bother me - I dont know enough about real life science to let it… I do think that Horatio should be taken outside and shot… at least lately he appears to be in it less. Anyway, how did they bring Speed back? Didnt he die? ---

I still detest L&O but will watch an occasional episode of CSI with the Mrs. Vegas is OK but Miami I have a terrible time understanding the audio. Do the script writers actually have everyone mumbling their lines on purpose (cause they’re so bad).
