I generally can’t tell if guys are good-looking unless I learn it from hearing others enthuse about them…or if they have features that would make for good looking women if feminized. (I would put Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt in the latter category.) But I will say I was struck by Gerard Butler in the 2004 version of Phantom of the Opera. That guy is damn good looking and no one had to tell me so. ---

My wife and I must have similar “tastes” because I find the guys she goes on about are guys I think are the handsome types. She digs Brad Pitt, Jon Bon Jovi, Pierce Brosnan and pre-hair plug Jude Law. Those are some handsome dudes. I like to tell myself that they are all suave, sophisticated types. Just like me!
