Actually, NoMan can change into a new body at any time. And, when each body “dies” the next is unharmed, of course.

Rock. My kewl spider viking will play his flute and rock your world dropping you in the middle of the plane of nowhere and then go fly his viking plane (that looks amazingly like a longboat) to Valhalla.
