No, of course not, and HELL No. I told my parents nothing about my sex life, nor did they ask me. No, but I’m pretty sure they figured it out. I didn’t start dating until I was 22, and seeing as I was still living at home, after I went out with a girl three times in one week and came home near dawn, they had to have put one and one together. I think they were relieved. ---

I never told mine anything but when I was in college, one of my dorm-mates told her parents when she went home on break and they promptly kicked her out. Luckily her dorm room was paid for up until the end of semester and by then they had forgiven her. ---

I consider my sex life to be no one’s business but mine. OK, and my husband. I don’t want to know about anyone else’s sex life either. Not a prude - I just don’t need to know that much about anyone. ---

Not for 15 years. I was date-raped. When I tried to discuss it with the person I thought was my bestie, she A.) told me that it was not date rape, and B.) lorded it over me because she kept her virginity until she was months older than me despite having done everything but penetration for a couple of years. Needless to say, I decided to tell no one else at the time. The consequences of all of this basically changed who I am and still affects me 40 years later. ---

Mine kind of figured it out (and by “kind of” I mean “all ambiguity about it went out the window”) when I told them that Crystal thought she was pregnant. A few days later that turned out not to be true, fortunately. ---
