I worked with a civil engineer once whose spelling was so bad [pauses for mandatory chorus of “How bad was it?”] His spelling was so bad, I bought him a bad speller’s dictionary, which let him look up the word the way he \*thought \*it was spelled and gave him the correct spelling. ---
