I just had the home inspection yesterday and there are a couple little details that need to be attended to, but nothing that will hold up the sale – whew! I’m closing on the twenty-eighth and, as some of you guessed, I’m extremely freaked about the amount of debt I’m about to assume. I can’t believe how much a house costs. But I really, really appreciate all your messages and advice – it’s nice to know I’m not the first person to have leaped off this cliff.
