There are two times when a hook is shown being stuck in a kitten’s kneck and neither did the cat struggle or vocalize. That part is at least fake. A real kitten would be fighting and cussing up a storm. ---

So fake. Beyond this consider the premise that kite fishing is “so effective” because it dangles a live, swimming bait fish just under the surface. If you use a kitten you will (within a minute or two) have a dead, immobile drowned lump of fur on the end of a hook. Not 1/10th as enticing as a swimming bait fish. Kittens would make terrible bait. ---

I loved the whole _Bonsai Kittens_ scare. Every single person who badly wrote a super long 30 line “paragraph” rant about it was immediately deleted off my myspace or blocked from my e-mail. There must’ve been three or four and none were exactly close friends of mine anyway. A good litmus test. oh oh!! on edit… So are those 9/11 hoax “The steel didn’t get near hot enough to melt!” type e-mails. ---
