Did representatives of nearly 200 countries actually sign it? Just how binding is this LATEST COP agreement? Are 1st world countries now automatically required to raise taxes to do battle with naturally occurring CO2? Will 2nd world countries be allowed to ignore this “binding” agreement? Will 3rd world countries ever actually receive the hundreds of million dollars that they’ve been promised? So many questions, so many successful COP announcements. ---

Why are you asking me these questions? I have nothing to do with any climate conferences. I just thought it rather odd that you seemed to have no idea how many countries were involved. If what you want to talk about now is the results of the conference, or, I don’t know, how CNN is supposedly misrepresenting the results, you should start a thread for that. ---
