# I Can't Play Yahoo Games

Windows XP, Internet Explorer, yada yada yada.
Yahoo games expects me to have this Miscrosoft Java Virtual Machine to play its games. Trouble is, apparently this applet doesn’t exist anymore. Or at least I can’t find it.
Can anyone help out here? Did microsoft somehow prevent its distribution? If downloading it is somehow illegal, then obviously this thread will have to be closed.

You will be better off with the Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environement, it will support all java web content, without the spyware and virus problems of Microsoft Virtual Machine.
