It’s nice,no GREAT,about the sigs,but now I only get the reply button on the bottom right of any post. The one on the left has disappeared for me. Hence I no can reply,not I. How am I screwing up this time? I won’t even be able to respond to this,unless someone comes up with a fix. ---

Maybe the graphic for it has gone. Try ctrl-f5 ---

Not sure why this is happening to you. Have you reset your machine lately? Somes the longer I’m signed in to the board without a reboot, the more I get those little red boxes instead of graphic elements. A total reboot usually fixes things and all the buttons and etc. pops back in place. your humble TubaDiva Administrator ---

Tuba: Thanks,but it seems to be all better now. Either Lobsang’s idea of hitting Ctrl 15 worked, or for some reason known only to the machinery,it decided to fix itself at that exact time. :: Suddenly the sky turns pitch black and the rain falls in sheets.Jagged streaks of lightning illuminate…a huge ancient castle. Faint shrieks of obviously insane hamsters can be heard chanting “Jerry knows,Jerry knows”. :: ---

Just so you know, ctrl-f5 forces the browser to download the page from the server (instead of retrieving it from your computer’s cache) the image for the ‘post reply’ button might have been corrupted in your cache, whenever you loaded a new page the browser would get the corrupted image and use it for the page, so you may see a blank where the button should be. ---

Lovely Lobsang: I just realized that (I think) you meant Ctrl f5,and not Ctrl 15,which I was fiddling with when my reply button re-appeared. I have webtv and I’m woefully computer illiterate,so now I’m completely befuzzled. How could it work if I was punching 15 instead of f5? There’s not much I envy the kids of today for,but I certainly wish I’d grown up with a PC in the house.
